Control panels, PLCs and machine fixes, done right.

Downtime costs. We get you running.

Fulcrum Systems LA designs and builds control panels, retrofits and programs PLCs, and gets down equipment running again for plants across the LA / Orange County industrial area. We take projects from drawing to startup, and we're glad to work alongside your maintenance team on the smaller jobs that keep getting pushed back.

01 // SERVICES

What we do

Plain scope, clean work, documentation your people can use after we leave.

Control panel design & build

New panels designed, drawn and built for your application — plus replacements and upgrades of tired ones. Labeled, organized, documented.

PLC retrofits & programming

Migrate obsolete or unsupported controls to current hardware, and write or clean up logic, HMI screens, alarms and diagnostics — planned around your downtime.

Troubleshooting down equipment

When a machine is down, we come out, find the root cause and get it running — electrical, controls or mechanical.

Mechanical engineering design

3D models, frames, skids, enclosures and fabrication drawings with BOMs, worked out before anything gets cut.

Fabrication — drawing to startup

Fabrication through trusted local partner shops, then assembly, wiring, programming, testing and startup. One point of contact the whole way.

Furnace & oven controls

Upgrades and repairs for industrial furnace and oven controls — temperature loops, burner management, panels and wiring.

NOTE // Got a list of small jobs your maintenance team never gets to? We work alongside in-house crews on exactly that kind of work.

02 // SYSTEMS

From the panel to the screen

We work the whole stack — the copper in the enclosure, the logic in the PLC, and the screens operators actually look at.

03 // DESIGN

Drawn before it's built

On the electrical side we lay out the enclosure, DIN rail, PLC, power and terminal blocks, and wire it by a schematic you keep. On the mechanical side we model frames, enclosures and mechanisms in 3D so fit and routing are worked out before fabrication.

    05 // FURNACES & OVENS

    Furnace & oven controls

We handle controls upgrades, burner and combustion controls, temperature control and repairs for industrial furnaces and ovens — from replacing a worn-out controller to rebuilding the panel, burner management and zone loops so the unit holds temperature and starts up safely.

    06 // ROBOT CELLS & AUTOMATED EQUIPMENT

Integration & safety around robot cells

We don't build robots — we integrate around them. We wire and program the controls, conveyors, I/O and safety devices that tie robots and automated equipment into your line: light curtains, safety zones, interlocked guarding and the logic that stops motion when someone steps in and resumes cleanly when the zone clears.

07 // ANALOG TO DIGITAL UPGRADES

    Analog to digital upgrades

Aging analog controls — pneumatic gauges, chart recorders, relay logic — keep running until they don't, and replacement parts get harder to find every year. We replace them with network-ready digital controls that give you diagnostics, alarms and data instead of guesswork. Options range from cost-effective platforms to the major recognized brands your staff already knows.
